Caitlin Dunn

Caitlin Dunn has 15+ years of experience providing financial, administrative, and technical support to an array of federally funded health programs around the globe. Most recently, Caitlin served as a Director of Programs at the University of California San Francisco, where she provided management and technical direction for an emergency response program to build and sustain a COVID-19 response workforce in California. Caitlin led the program’s efforts to provide continuing education and mental health support through the expansion of communities of practice, learning collaboratives, and other virtual support platforms. Prior to the pandemic, Caitlin worked in global health and development addressing a variety of areas to promote public health impact. Her work has included implementing strategies to scale-up HIV services and promote integrated health care delivery in Zambia, improve data quality and use in Rwanda, and pilot innovations in family planning and maternal and child health in Pakistan. Caitlin holds an MPH from Emory University with a specialization in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Complex Humanitarian Emergencies. She joined HRSA in July and will be serving as the Program Coordinator for FY2022 RCORP Implementation IV cohort. She is really looking forward to working with HRSA grantees and hopes that her experiences as a recipient will help her provide quality support to HRSA grantees!
