Jenna is a Technical Expert Lead on the RCORP-TA team and works with grantees from several cohorts. Jenna lives in Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Approved Supervisor in both Pennsylvania and Colorado. She received an MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology – Marriage and Family Therapy and a BA in Psychology, both from La Salle University. Jenna has experience with multi-system program development, implementation, management, and strategic planning in both non-profit and state governmental systems. She has provided statewide training and technical assistance and led systemic improvement efforts impacting individuals and families related to the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal legal system in both Colorado and Delaware.

Jenna has strengths in creating and sustaining relationships, leading collaboratively, bringing people together to create and move towards change, and analyzing and shifting complex systems. Her clinical work and systemic change efforts have focused on individuals (children, youth, and adult populations), couples, and families impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, and substance use as well as the child welfare and criminal legal systems. Jenna is deeply committed to impacting our communities by promoting the well-being and health of their children and families, dedicating her career to supporting children, youth, and families in a variety of settings. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time and laughing with family and friends. She especially enjoys spending time in nature and being silly with her two daughters.
