Kiley Diop (FORHP)

Kiley Diop is a Project Officer and Program Coordinator in the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy’s Rural Strategic Initiatives Division. In this capacity, she has supported multiple programs within the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP), an initiative that provides community-based grants and technical assistance to rural communities addressing behavioral health care needs. 

Currently, Kiley supports the three RCORP-Centers of Excellence cooperative agreements, as well as the closeout of the FY19 and the onboarding of the new FY22 RCORP-Implementation grants. She previously managed the first cohort of RCORP-Planning and started the original Medication Assisted Treatment Expansion program.

Before coming to the Health Resources and Services Administration, Kiley held positions at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Management Sciences for Health, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She holds an MSc from the London School of HygieneTropical Medicine and a BA from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Kiley can be found cooking, going on long walks, and trying to tire out her kids.
