This webinar will introduce the newest RCORP program cohorts to the RCOEs, Fletcher Group, University of Rochester, and University of Vermont. These three cooperative agreements are charged with supporting the identification, translation, dissemination, and implementation of evidence-based programs and best practices, in addition to providing specialized TA to RCORP recipients and other rural providers.

Furthermore, we shared the ways that the Community Conversations approach empowers individuals across communities to participate in and to lead change; supports recovery; and lays a foundation for current and future generations to live healthier lives.

This workshop defined SDOH and discuss how they contributed to successful community engagement in rural communities. Case studies were used to share principles, theories, strategies, and lessons learned from implementing teenage pregnancy, SUD, and HIV/AID prevention projects in rural Georgia counties.
