Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) created this directory based on information obtained from state certification boards for alcohol and substance use professionals, state mental health and substance use disorder authorities, sources identified by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC), local and statewide recovery community organizations, and the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors. Clinical experts from the Providers Clinical Support System (PCSS) created the Substance Use Disorder 101 Core Curriculum for Healthcare Professionals. With the addition of two new module topics, the 23 modules in this 2023 curriculum provide an overview of evidence-based practices in the prevention, identification, and treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions for a variety of populations.

Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) developed a Racial Disparities and Disproportionality Index that looks at 16 unique systems and measures whether a racial and/or ethnic group’s representation in a particular public system is proportionate to, over or below their representation in the overall population and also allows for the examination of systematic differences between groups and geographies .
