More than 600 people registered and 300 attended an information session on Thursday, June 30, 2022 about first-of-its kind funding to address rural homelessness from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Substance use and its progression to impairment, loss of control, and development of substance use disorders is a significant problem for adolescents and young adults. This presentation will provide an overview of developmentally-informed approaches to engaging youth and their families in treatment.
