This session will walk through the strategic plan template provided by JBS International in the Grantee Onboarding Packet for HRSA RCORP-Planning Grantees. During this workshop style webinar, facilitators will walk grantees through the template section by section, discussing the required elements and providing examples of each section. Grantees will learn how to use their data to determine problem statements, goals, objectives, and outcomes for their strategic plan as well as how to include metrics to successfully track their progress.

Over its 36 year history, the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy has provided billions of dollars in funding to increase health care access, strengthen health networks, and focus on care quality improvements for Critical Access Hospitals and small rural hospitals. The Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Cohort I tip sheet is a result of collaborative efforts of the NAS Cohort I grant recipients. Drawing on the insights and experiences of our grantees, we identified 9 key recommendations. These tips serve not only as a guiding framework for future NAS cohort grantees but also offers valuable guidance to all RCORP grant cohorts. This resource aims to enhance effectiveness and increase the impact of all RCORP grantee initiatives.
