Stepworks Recovery Centers

Stepworks Recovery Centers' Mobile Unit Project will send a Peer Support Specialist and a Medical Assistant to rural areas in Central Kentucky. Stepworks has created a consortium of MAT providers, behavioral health counselors, and health departments with Syringe Service Programs. The mobile unit will provide services on board, as well as host a telehealth link to Intensive Health, Stepworks' Addiction Medical Home. Intensive Health providers will be available for any supplemental services not currently being provided in the target service area including, but not limited to, primary care, MAT, counseling, hepatitis C and HIV testing and treatment, and case management.
