Project Summary
Improve access to quality, integrated SUD and other Behavioral Health (BH) care services by addressing structural and systems level barriers, improve the quality and sustainability of BH services by supporting coordinated, evidence-based, trauma-informed SUD and other BH care services, and improve the capacity of the community and BH care system to address community risk factors and social determinants of health that affect the BH of residents.
