The Priority Behavioral Health Team at CHST utilizes a Digital Health Suite that includes Telehealth, Simulation Technologies, Digital Therapies, 3-D Modeling, and evidence-based treatments that are personalized and easily accessible to co-occurring mental health/SUD clients, their families, and the community. Resources will be developed and leveraged in conjunction with community partner sites to reduce treatment barriers and address SUD/mental health prevention, intervention, and recovery services across upstate New York and rural New Hampshire, especially in rural counties most impacted by dual diagnosis.
