Project Summary

The Thriving Minds Program is funded by the RCORP - Behavioral Health Services Grant through the HRSA Rural Health Outreach and Rural Network Development Program. It is a partnership between Clarity Healthcare and Quincy Medical Group, with the delivery of services focused in Adams and Hancock Counties. The above-mentioned entities agree to collaborate on behavioral health system improvements that address linkages to improve behavioral health and substance use services in these counties. Through the behavioral health systems approach, Thriving Minds Program intends to make services accessible through providing services directly in the school to eliminate barriers for parents and/or guardians. The Thriving Minds Program will improve behavioral health outcomes of the target population by providing school-based services.
