Project Summary
Horizon Health is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization located in London and Williamsburg Kentucky. We offer a total campus of care which includes: on site laboratory that is CLEA certified, MAT services, IOP outpatient services, women's housing with IOP, employment services, child care services, ADHD testing, food, clothing and housing support services, and telehealth availability.
