Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma

Recovery is Possible project will focus on providing after care services to the incarcerated tribal population within the Choctaw Nation reservation. Two case managers will serve north and south boundaries of the reservation, specifically embedded in Choctaw County and Haskell County jails. Additionally, community prevention will be prioritized as well as the implementation of Celebrating Families curriculum, which will serve families affected by substance use disorder.
