Project Summary

Centerstone’s Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (C-RCORP) is a technology-based program aimed at reducing the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in high-risk rural communities. To improve care for those affected by substance use/behavioral health conditions, C-RCORP’s broad, multi-sectoral Consortium will implement a multi-pronged, technology-based approach to expand school-based behavioral health services via telehealth, improve local capacity via community education and evidence-based professional training, and increase service access via community-wide virtual outreach.
