Project Summary
Our overarching goal with this proposal is to make strategic investments to scale up an innovative approach to delivering a model of coordinated, evidence-based, trauma-informed SUD and other behavioral health care services. We will build on successful work with an existing coalition to connect with the primary target populations of this project. Our service area comprises the current population of the 14 Montana and Wyoming counties where the consortium members have clinical sites.
