Our project focuses on community-based education, youth prevention targeting high school students to intervene in the vicious cycle created by early-onset drug misuse, and a jail re-entry project called "First Day Forward (FDF)".

This RCORP-Planning III project will target Carter, Lewis, Montgomery, and Rowan counties in northeastern Kentucky for 18 months of planning and assessment concerning substance use disorder, community resources, and possible jail re-entry programming.
