Integrating Health Promotion for People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) Into Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) Services
The workshop will present strategies to integrate HIV, hepatitis, and sexual health concerns into services for PWID. The session will focus on communication skills, assessment techniques, and building motivation among PWID to make healthier choices. The presenter will look at programmatic and clinical-level integration strategies and offer participants an opportunity to assess current service delivery models and develop a plan to enhance care.

Effective Harm Reduction Strategies for People Who Actively Use Opioids and/or Psychostimulants
Participants will learn evidenced-based harm reduction strategies to keep people who use opioids and psychostimulants alive with reduced disease burden. This session will walk through the strategic plan template provided by JBS International in the Grantee Onboarding Packet for HRSA RCORP-Planning Grantees. During this workshop style webinar, facilitators will walk grantees through the template section by section, discussing the required elements and providing examples of each section. Grantees will learn how to use their data to determine problem statements, goals, objectives, and outcomes for their strategic plan as well as how to include metrics to successfully track their progress.
