Addiction Treatment Forum has produced a series of more than 20 educational brochures available in both English and Spanish for opioid-dependent patients in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction.

The WICHE Behavioral Health Program, in partnership with staff at the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC), developed the Suicide Prevention Toolkit for Primary Care Practices to provide the necessary tools and information needed to primary care practices and clinics to identify and address the critical needs of suicidal patients. This revised edition is fully aligned with Zero Suicide, the nationally recognized, evidence-based suicide prevention framework.

The study explored opportunities for enhanced screening using telehealth and electronic patient-reported outcomes at five HRSA-funded Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program clinics in Alabama – one of seven mostly rural states prioritized for the federal Ending the HIV Epidemic Initiative. While there were concerns among survey respondents around lack of in-person interaction, the study revealed opportunities to expand technology use in rural areas.
