Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) created this directory based on information obtained from state certification boards for alcohol and substance use professionals, state mental health and substance use disorder authorities, sources identified by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC), local and statewide recovery community organizations, and the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors. Allyship includes a set of beliefs, attitudes, and actions; we will explore a variety of steps that can lead to greater empathy and better outcomes for clients, families, and communities.
