This webinar provided new information on the risks and clinical challenges presented by individuals who use psychostimulants (cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription stimulants). A review of the clinical strategies that are important in working with this population were presented, including psychosocial and medication treatments for those with stimulant use disorder. Brandeis University’s Institute for Behavioral Health Opioid Policy Research Collaborative launched the Brandeis Opioid Resource Connector (BORC) website, a comprehensive online resource for communities and local leaders addressing the opioid crisis.
