Resources and support is available for individuals struggling with alcohol use. In addition, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration provides a social media toolkit for communities to utilize.

The World Health Organization has provided key messages, campaign materials, videos, and other information on mental health to spread for World Mental Health Day, and every day of the year.
