Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) created this directory based on information obtained from state certification boards for alcohol and substance use professionals, state mental health and substance use disorder authorities, sources identified by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC), local and statewide recovery community organizations, and the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors. Last week, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of Minority Health released the CMS Framework for Health Equity. Using five priority areas, CMS will use this framework to design, implement, and operationalize policies and programs to support health for all people served by its programs including rural populations.
