Bringing Recovery Supports to Scale Technical Assistance Center Strategy (BRSS TACS) created this directory based on information obtained from state certification boards for alcohol and substance use professionals, state mental health and substance use disorder authorities, sources identified by the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC), local and statewide recovery community organizations, and the National Association of State Alcohol and Drug Abuse Directors. The Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America is an initiative launched by the federal government with the aim of addressing the HIV epidemic in the United States. The initiative was announced by President Trump during the State of the Union address in February 2019 and aims to reduce new HIV infections by 75% in five years and by 90% in ten years by focusing first on the hardest hit areas of the country.
