Trauma Informed Care: Basics, Application, and Ongoing Improvement Webinar Materials

The webinar will helped set a foundation for what trauma-informed care (TIC) means and why it is important. This will happen through offering a basic grounding and background in TIC and how harm reduction programs can apply TIC. The webinar will examine how one RCORP grantee conducts both ongoing evaluation and improvement in terms of the experience of staff and clients.

Learning objectives include how to:

-Define and describe trauma and TIC
-Apply TIC within harm reduction programs
-Explore which tools can help determine your success in practicing TIC from the perspective of your clients and staff
