RSV 2025: Breakout Session 6C - Resources for Rural Transformation

Description: 

This presentation focused on challenges faced by social service providers in tackling SUD within rural communities and helped identify key resources and partners in delivering SUD prevention, treatment and recovery services. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), a leader in the federal government’s support of rural communities, described its role and available resources to assist with rural development. In addition, researchers from the University of Kentucky and Utah State University presented evidence-based solutions and highlight promising practices that can help rural providers improve the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
