RCORP-TA Reverse Site Visit (RSV) 2026
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP), Rural Strategic Initiatives Division (RSID) is pleased to invite you to the 2026 Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Reverse Site Visit (RSV). This 3-day event will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel (2500 Calvert Street NW, Washington, DC 20008), from 9:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, through 12:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
The purpose of the RSV is to:
- Convene FORHP’s RCORP grantees, federal partners, and key partners;
- Connect with one another to share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and leverage resources;
- Cultivate skills and knowledge around opioid use disorder, evidence-based interventions, and program sustainability; and
- Celebrate the successes grantees have achieved and successes to come.
Invited participants include grantees from the following RCORP cohorts:
- Behavioral Health Care Support
- Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health
- Impact
- Medication-Assisted Treatment Access II
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome II
- Northern Border Rural Workforce
- Overdose Response II
- Pathways
Attendance each day of the meeting is mandatory. We recommend that the Project Director and one other person with a key role in the grant attend. If you would like to bring more than two people from your grant, please contact your FORHP Project Officer to request adding others to the waitlist. People on the waitlist will be invited to the meeting at the discretion of RSID, based in part on considerations relating to the grantee’s need and timeliness of the request.
Grantees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations and may pay for these expenses through their grant funds. Please do not make any arrangements until you have registered successfully for the event. The registration site will include instructions for booking lodging at the venue.

Grantees with multiple awards should select one cohort when completing the registration. Note: if you are a grantee who is presenting at the RSV, you must still select “Grantee” as the attendee type when registering. As a reminder, attendance is required and limited to two attendees per grant. A tentative overview of the RSV is available on the registration site along with logistics and travel information.
When completing your registration, you will have the option to sign up for Pre-RSV Training Sessions. These trainings are optional and offered on Monday, March 2, 2026. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may select one training session during registration
Available Pre-RSV Training Sessions:
- Community Conversations (CC) and CC Facilitation Leaders Training
- Compassionate Overdose Prevention, Response, and Analysis in an Ever-Evolving Crisis
- The Impact of SUDs in the Family and Helping Children Heal
- Workshopping Real-World Solutions for Consortium and Network Engagement
These trainings are provided at no expense to grantees. Grantees confirmed for a March 2nd training may use grant funds budgeted for the RSV to cover travel and lodging for the optional training day.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your registration confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you register for a Pre-RSV Training, you will receive a separate confirmation email confirming your acceptance into the training. Please wait until you receive a final confirmation email to book your travel and lodging arrangements. The registration site will include instructions for booking lodging at the venue, as well as a special rate for attendees.
Continuing education (CE) credits are being provided for this event by JBS International, Inc. Please see this document for additional CE accreditation details. Note: The potential number of CE credit hours listed are for the entirety of the RSV Meeting, including the Pre-RSV Training Sessions.
