Description:
People in recovery from substance use disorders (SUD) often face barriers to securing meaningful employment in supportive workplaces. Ohio University-Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service and Horizon Health Kentucky have developed programs to help individuals in recovery overcome these challenges while assisting employers in creating recovery-supportive workplaces. In this session, panelists shared their strategies, implementation experiences, and community impact.
