Disasters are happening more frequently and with greater severity—how can we leverage existing resources to strengthen our response? This session explored how to identify key assets in our communities, build strategic relationships, and enhance coordination before, during, and after a disaster. Through interactive discussions, we examined practical steps to strengthen internal and external partnerships for more effective preparedness and response. We also touched on Healthcare Ready’s role in supporting these efforts.
