RCORP-TA Data Learning Collaborative Spring 2023

OMNI Institute, in partnership with the JBS RCORP-TA team, created the Spring 2023 Data Learning Collaborative for all RCORP grant recipients. Learning collaboratives are an opportunity for grantees to come together and share knowledge, talk through challenges, and build relationships with one another. These sessions built the foundation for data learning, and we dove into data-related topics during each month’s skills-building session. 

Session 1 - Building the Foundations for Data Work

For April's session, we walked through best practices on topics such as data collection, data protocols, and building a strong data team.

Session 2 - Expanding on the Foundations for Data Learning

For May's session, we walked through best practices on engaging and sharing data with stakeholders and partners and touched on Continuous Quality Improvement (QCI) process.

Session 3 - Effectively Engaging People with Lived & Living Experience in Data, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement

For June's session, we sought to understand the value and impact of including people with lived experience and best practices on how to do so in a meaningful way.
