Policy Academy Town Hall Webinar Materials

Posted 9/14/2020 (updated 3/29/2024)

The RCORP-TA Policy Academy Town Hall took place on September 1, 2020.

The Policy Academy Town Hall provided an opportunity for grantees to discuss any aspect of the RCORP-TA Policy Academy. The Policy Academy gives the grantee an in-depth review of the policy framework that affects the availability, accessibility, delivery, reimbursement and points of care for medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD): methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. The Academy will also address the health care policies related to declaring a national public health emergency and how the declaration can affect providers and their opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment programs. The Town Hall was an open forum for comments and questions from grantees to the JBS/NASHP panel. Following the Town Hall, the panel members and TELs will be available to support grantees in the application process and in formulating policy problem statements for their applications to the Policy Academy.
