RCORP Impact Data Webinar Materials

Description:
The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program - Technical Assistance (RCORP-TA) team, joined by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and RCORP-Evaluation teams, hosted a webinar for RCORP-Impact grantees on “Effective Data Collection Strategies in Rural Communities Impacted by Substance Use & Opioid Use Disorders.” Note: This webinar did not include a review or discussion of forthcoming Performance Improvement and Measurement System (PIMS) measures.
Learning Objectives:
- Reviewed baseline data collection and understand the importance of accurate data collection
- Demonstrated the value and importance of collecting good quality data for programmatic success
- Applied a data mindset by reviewing strategies for collecting data, developing effective data management systems, and using data as a communication tool to improve community outcomes
- Understood the return on investment by working with network partners to gather timely data that achieves programmatic goals and informs sustainability
