RCORP Grantee Data Collection Resources – Impact Grantees
HRSA and RCORP-Evaluation (CVP) have developed guidance to assist your RCORP data collection and Performance Improvement Measurement System (PIMS) reporting efforts. This page contains the RCORP data collection resources for Impact grantees.
Please note that the RCORP-Impact PIMS Measures are not final. The User Guide and Network Data Collection Workbook below reflect DRAFT PIMS measures that are pending OMB approval.
Note that the data collection resources for other grantees are different and can be found below:
- Behavioral Health Care Support grantees

PIMS Prep Webinar: Impact Cohort (August 21, 2025)
The RCORP-Evaluation team held a webinar designed to prepare RCORP-Impact grantees for the upcoming PIMS data submission. This session covered the fundamentals of PIMS data, including submission requirements, key data metrics, and common data discrepancies with strategies to avoid them. The webinar outlined how the data contributes to the broader objectives of the RCORP program.
