This session provided the space and time for leaders to consider the current environment of work in complex organizations and communities. We are faced with the health of our communities, complex challenges, five generations in the workforce, and the growing number of partially right answers. You'll consider the leaders in your unique organization and approaches to encouraging innovative solutions and engagements. You'll also have time to consider your leadership opportunities through new or modified mental models.
