Project PAGE (Psychostimulant Activities Guiding Education) provides the opportunity to leverage partnerships and learnings from NOVEL, as well as expand outreach and substance use focus across multiple counties. The project will focus its prevention efforts on increasing provider and community knowledge of psychostimulant misuse and use disorders and the dangers of stigma, as well as increasing screening efforts for individuals at risk for, or who have, psychostimulant use disorders. Treatment and recovery efforts will focus on workforce training, enhanced discharge coordination for people leaving treatment facilities and/or the criminal justice system, and an expanded peer and recovery coach workforce. Through this work, Project PAGE will continue to enhance its infrastructure to implement policy, systems, and environmental change for long-lasting impact in the fight against Psychostimulant misuse and use disorders.
