Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Beacon Health System

Project Summary

The Supported and Safe Project aims to create, foster, and sustain working environments that promote healthy lifestyle choices and abstinence from psychostimulant use. To achieve this goal, we are partnering with three manufacturing sites in Marshall County to encourage participation in programming that will engage associates and their family members in seeking treatment for psychostimulant use in a stigma free, supported, and safe environment. Participation is completely voluntary and confidential. Associates choosing to participate in Supported and Safe services will be given incentives. To create program sustainability Champions and Mentors within each work site will be identified and those individuals will receive incentives as well.
