HCC will focus on all individuals at risk of or diagnosed with a Psychostimulant disorder, or at risk of or diagnosed with HIV, Hep B or Hep C because of injectable drug use, with an emphasis on high-risk populations to include maternal health patients, uninsured and underinsured populations, and veterans, who often will not seek or stay in treatment due to cost. While we may place an emphasis on these patient populations, our goal is to meet the needs of all individuals in our service area in need of SUD/OUD/ psychostimulant prevention, treatment or recovery services.
