Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin

The Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin has the goal to strengthen and sustain access to appropriate substance use, behavioral, and maternal health services for rural pregnant and postpartum patients and their families. We will partner with our local hospital, Theda-Care Shawano and their health clinic to expand services for all pregnant patients in need of substance use services. We would also like to support women of child bearing years and families with children to improve outcomes. The end goal is better outcomes for infants, mothers, and families.
