Project Summary

The objective of this collaboration is to create a consortium in which all entities are working to improve NAS incident and impact through SUD/OUD prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts for individuals and families within Cleveland County. Consortium will support the delivery of health- and human-related services for individuals of Cleveland County, especially focused on vulnerable citizens- children, elderly, disabled, and low-income families. Working to assure, enhance, and protect with a mission of creating a healthy and safe community to live. Further, provide guidance and technical assistance to agencies that provide direct services that address issues of poverty, family violence and exploitation. Focus on promoting self-reliance and work to prevent abuse, neglect, dependency and exploitation of vulnerable individuals, children and families of Cleveland County. Atrium Health is an integrated, nonprofit healthcare system, nationally recognized as a leader in shaping health outcomes, delivering services at 40 hospitals and more than 1,400 locations. Atrium Health was recognized by Newsweek in 2022 as one of Americas best Maternal Hospitals. Atrium Health Cleveland hospital provides maternity services, specifically focused on highest risk patients in the region.
