Project Summary

The purpose of the Program is to (1) add three new MAT delivery sites over the three-year project period in the rural underserved counties of Bell, Clay and Knox in southeastern Kentucky; (2) enhance MAT workforce by recruiting and hiring MAT providers and support staff as well as working to establish strong mentorship networks both internally and externally; (3) build community capacity by working with our partners to improve MAT service provision infrastructure through improved referral processes and care coordination, and: (4) implement strong financial processes maximizing revenue opportunities and enrolling patients in health insurance coverage to support sustainability of the expanded services beyond the grant project period.
