Adena Health System

Project Summary

SCOMATI is a three county coalition of existing drug coalitions, health departments, law enforcement agencies, schools, pharmacies, and community action agencies, partnering to address gaps in access to MAT, Naloxone, and supportive services. SCOMATI would like to assist agencies in developing standards operating procedures to ensure high-risk populations have access to needed services through assessments and linkages to care. SCOMATI will implement 3 new MAT access points- in a pharmacy through tele-health, through a police department, and through the local re-entry coalition. SCOMATI will also implement additional SUD supports through the regions' health system's school based wellness services.
