Facilitate Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD), including Opioid Use disorder (OUD) to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with opioid overdoses, support prevention of and treatment for SUD and OUD, improve provider and community education related to SUD and OUD, identify evidence-based harm reduction measures to address SUD and OUD, increase access to treatment by vulnerable and low-income populations and improve access to peer recovery and treatment options.
