Project Summary
The target population are adults 18+ in Rural Boone County, WV experiencing OUD/SUD and other mental/behavioral health issues. This project will provide critical services to populations that have historically suffered from poorer health outcomes or health disparities, as compared to the rest of the target rural population by virtue of lower educational attainment, income, and availability of primary and mental/behavioral health care services. This project does not significantly impact American Indian/Alaskan native populations.
