Bighorn Valley Health Center, Inc.

The Bighorn Valley Health Center, Inc. dba One Health (One Health), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in rural Montana, is applying for Rural Communities Opioid Response Program Implementation (RCORP-I) funds for two frontier counties in north central Montana: Blaine and Fergus Counties. One Health has been consistently guided by its mission to improve the wellbeing of everyone by providing accessible, quality health care to the whole community. Responding to a dramatic need in our impoverished, frontier region in north central Montana, where myriad outcome data highlights unfortunate disparities related to Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), we propose to broaden the work of a growing multi-community consortium to amplify the work already begun in the various member organizations.
