Project Summary
The SIHF led Southern Illinois (SoIL) Opioid Consortium is a group of organizations dedicated to creating a cooperative, integrated system of care for SUD/OUD patients throughout a nine county rural service area. This project focuses on solutions for SUD/OUD Prevention, Treatment and Recovery and seeks to advance RCORP’s overall goal by strengthening and expanding SUD/OUD prevention, treatment, and recovery service delivery in a high-risk rural community.
