The R-CORP Planning grant focused on identifying key stakeholders, conducted a SWOT analysis, and identified gaps in services through a needs assessment. The R-CORP implementation grant will complement the work already completed through identified goals derived from the community needs assessment including: • Improve data collection and information dissemination throughout the region. • Address stigma through education and a public health campaign. • Build upon prevention infrastructure and expand beyond primary prevention. • Increase workforce capacity through educational and training opportunities. • Build upon existing evidence based programs and partnership strengths. • Develop a recovery network support system throughout the region to support long-term recovery. • Increase and expand services for individuals, children and families affected by OUD/SUD through the development of treatment teams who can coordinate care
