Mountain Comprehensive Care Center, Inc.

The targeted population will be individuals who are at risk for, have been diagnosed with, and/or are in treatment and/or recovery for OUD (and polysubstance use), their families and/or caregivers, and other community members who reside in the service area of Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin, Pike, Letcher and Perry Counties in eastern KY. This project will support existing Quick Response Teams in the Big Sandy Region, while expanding partnerships to address the issue in Letcher and Perry Counties.
