McCall Foundation, Inc. dba McCall Center for Behavioral Health

Project Summary

The project will support prevention, treatment, and recovery services for opioid use disorder (OUD) populations in Litchfield County by expanding the capacity of the Litchfield County Opiate Task Force (LCOTF). The LCOTF is a multi-sectoral community collaborative formed in 2013 to address the increasing number of overdoses in the rural northwest corner of Connecticut. Through RCORP Implementation, the LCOTF will increase access to services, including mobile Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), recovery coaching, telehealth, mental health screening, harm reduction, HIV testing, and OUD education. In addition, the LCOTF will compile more comprehensive data to help inform current and future initiatives of the member agencies.
