Kolbe Clinic, LLC

Project Summary

Kolbe Clinic, LLC, and its consortium members, plan to expand medication assisted treatment (MAT) services to multiple counties in Alabama with the goal of reducing the morbidity and mortality of SUD, including OUD, in high-risk rural populations and to strengthen and expand SUD/OUD prevention, treatment and recovery services to enhance rural residents’ ability to access treatment and move towards recovery. These goals will be accomplished through a comprehensive plan being implemented by a consortium of current providers and partners that includes objectives addressing prevention, treatment and recovery activities. The consortium’s target service area consists of rural locations in the northeastern and central-eastern part of the State of Alabama.
