Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma

The Iowa Tribe and Grey Snow Wellness Consortium partnerships will implement and/or expand the RCORP-Implementation core activities, with a particular focus on cultural needs of tribal citizens. Iowa Tribe and the GSW Consortium will apply SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework process and implement the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention’s Six Prevention Strategies to conduct evidence-based prevention for the Payne, Lincoln and Logan Counties in Oklahoma. The GSW Consortium will mobilize resources and coordinate events to promote workforce development and increase access to treatment. The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma will increase PRSS services amongst individuals seeking recovery services after completing inpatient services and/or interventions for offender reentry.
