Project Summary

Will provide prevention, treatment, and recovery services based upon needs and information gathered during the Central UT CORE Planning Program. The overall goal of the project is: reducing the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in the target rural communities by implementing a set of core SUD/OUD prevention, treatment, and recovery activities that incorporate evidence-based, promising, and innovative approaches. All direct services activities will take place in four fully rural counties in Central Utah-Juab, Sevier, Sanpete, and Millard Counties.
